To apply for HVAF Project Based Housing (HVAF-PBV) please read all the information below before beginning the online registration process.

Once you submit your application, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information remains current. When your online application comes to the top of the waiting list, you will be notified by email or regular mail. If IHA is unable to contact you because of an email address that is no longer valid or a letter is returned because of an invalid address, your name will be removed from the waiting list. You are required to update any changes in your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, income and family size. Changes must be completed through the applicant portal at the IHA website:

No changes will be taken over the phone. Applicants with disabilities that need assistance in completing an online application or who do not have computer access can be accommodated by emailing assistwithapp@indyhousing.org or calling 317-261-7266.
